Nicole Berges

Nicole Berges currently serves as the Senior Manager of Supply Chain at E.L.F. BEAUTY since October 2023, and previously held the position of Manager of Supply Chain Planning at NATURIUM starting in July 2023. Prior to these roles, Nicole worked at HATCHBEAUTY Brands as an Inventory Planner from March 2022 to June 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the end-to-end inventory planning cycle for high-volume products and coordinating with vendors. Nicole's experience also includes a role in Workforce Analysis and Customer Service Data Analysis at Godiva Chocolatier from November 2020 to February 2023, and earlier as Operations Coordinator at Lamb Engineering from November 2013 to March 2022. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Science from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed between 2010 and 2013.
