Charles Presley has extensive experience in finance and operations management. Charles is currently the Vice President of Finance at Hatch Stamping Company, starting in October 2022. Before that, they served as the Senior Finance Director at Veoneer from April 2016 to October 2022. Prior to that, Charles worked as a Finance Manager at Lear Corporation from May 2005 to April 2016. Charles also held various roles at Johnson Controls Automotive, including Operations Manager from May 2003 to May 2005 and Plant Controller from April 1996 to May 2003.
Charles Presley completed their Bachelor's degree in Business, with a concentration in Accounting, at Eastern Michigan University from 1986 to 1992. Following that, they pursued further education at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Information Systems, Organizational Behavior, and Operations Management between 1993 and 1997.

Hatch specializes in design, prototype construction, progressive die construction, stampings and assemblies. Hatch is the automotive stamping and assembly benchmark for innovation, technology, quality, delivery and service. Capabilities include a wide range of progressive and transfer die technology with presses ranging from 100 to 1,200 ton. Hatch also provides a wide range of assembly capabilities which include laser welding, resistance welding, robotic mig welding, robotic and automated component assembly, tapping, staking and orbital peening. OEM+ Tier 1 automotive suppliers rely on Hatch to create and develop part designs, blue print creations and enhancements for their products. Using the latest CAD / CAM programs, Hatch designs products to meet functional and mechanical criteria. To ensure manufacturing precision, to meet customer criteria all blue prints are reviewed for accurate geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
