Jaime Alison Kern

Jaime Alison Kern has extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Integration at Hatco Corporation since February 2023. Prior roles include Plant Manager at Regal Rexnord and Specialty Components Rexnord Industries, as well as Director of Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement at Senior Flexonics - GA Precision. Jaime has a strong background in process improvement, Lean methodologies, and inventory management, having held various management positions in organizations such as Barnes Group and Associated Spring-Milwaukee. Jaime holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
