Mark Gilpatric

Mark Gilpatric is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the restaurant equipment industry. Since April 1994, Mark has been with Hatco Corporation, initially serving as a Design Engineer before advancing to Manager of Engineering Projects and currently holding the position of Manager of Engineering Technology. Mark's leadership has been instrumental in establishing a new electronic controls department and developing innovative products such as a modular control system and industry-leading conveyor toasters. Prior to joining Hatco, Mark worked as a Design Engineer at American Metal Ware from 1992 to 1995, focusing on customized product design and regulatory compliance. Mark holds a Master of Science in Product Development from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.
