Lance Hinojosa

Lance Hinojosa has extensive experience in industrial distribution, having served at Hatfield and Company, Inc. since 1983. Starting as a Sales Representative, Lance progressed through various leadership roles, including Director of Sales for the Gulf Coast and Director of Operations for Houston South Texas, before taking on the position of Loading and Access Product Manager. Currently retired since January 2021, Lance played a crucial role in evaluating client application requirements and providing cost-effective solutions while overseeing day-to-day operations and managing teams at the Houston branch. Lance holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas State University, earned between 1978 and 1982.
