Jay Ryder has extensive experience in roofing and cladding, currently serving as a Specialist Cladder at HATHAWAY ROOFING LIMITED since February 2016, supervising a team of four on wall elevation projects. Additionally, Jay has worked as a Specialist Cladding Installer at Evenwood Cladding Services Ltd since March 2015, contributing to various new build and refurbishment projects. Previously, Jay held roles at CA Group Limited as a Roofer and Cladder, Indbuild Ltd as an Industrial Roofer and Cladder, and Evenwood Roofing Services as an Operations Supervisor. Jay's career reflects a strong background in specialized cladding techniques and roofing systems, including Kingspan and lockroll roofs. Educational background includes attendance at Greenfield Comprehensive School.
