Kavitha Joseph

Kavitha Joseph has extensive experience in human resources management. Kavitha is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at Hatica since September 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at ZEE5 from November 2020 to August 2021. Before their role at ZEE5, they worked as an HR Manager at Charmboard from July 2017 to October 2020. Kavitha also has experience as a Senior Executive at Wipro Ltd. - India from May 2008 to November 2011.

Kavitha Joseph pursued their education, starting with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from Women's Christian College, which they attended from 2003 to 2006. Following this, they joined Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development from 2006 to 2008, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Development.
