Karlie Overby

Karlie Grove currently serves as the Contract Review Manager at Hattiesburg Clinic, PA since October 2022. Previously, Karlie held various roles in the Army National Guard from July 2012 to September 2022, including Training Manager, where responsibilities included designing training programs to enhance organizational culture and effectiveness, and Human Resources Administrative Specialist, providing guidance to a team on administrative readiness. Additionally, Karlie worked as a Chemical Specialist, delivering CBRN defense training, and as a Physical Therapy Technician at Northern Rehab Physical Therapy Specialists, supporting patient recovery. Karlie has also gained experience as a Copy and Print Associate at Staples and a Licensed Assistant at American Family Insurance. Karlie is pursuing a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Southern Illinois University, following a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Northern Illinois University and an Associate of Science from Highland Community College.
