Throughout the career, Lahiru has excelled in credit structuring, risk management, and strategic relationship management, effectively identifying opportunities and negotiating financing terms. Previous roles include managing a diverse portfolio of corporates and middle market clients, performing credit analysis, and overseeing branch operations. Lahiru holds an Associate degree from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka, a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, further enhancing expertise in credit management and finance.
