Mr. Rasitha Gunawardana is a senior Banker with over 3 decades of experience covering major aspects of Banking.

He served as the CEO/ General Manager of the Peoples Bank during the period 2019-2020. During this period he played a major role in improving the Credit and Risk culture of the Bank, through the introduction of risk-based credit and business policies and procedures.
