Erika Heim

Erika Heim is an experienced educator and operations supervisor with a diverse background in language instruction and customer service. Currently serving as a DaF-online live teacher at Babbel since August 2020 and at Lingoda GmbH since May 2015, Erika has also held the role of Operations Supervisor at Haufe Akademie since July 2018 and previously with Management Circle AG from March 2016 to June 2018. Erika's earlier experiences include various positions such as film extra at Bavaria Film Gruppe and tour guide at Eagles Nest Historical Tours. With a strong educational foundation that includes a Certified DaF teacher qualification from Goethe Institut and a Magister degree in American Culture and History, Erika also possesses skills in coaching and voice acting.
