Ben Sikma

Ben Sikma has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ben currently serves as the President of Hauler Hero, where they focus on managing the business operations. Prior to this role, Ben worked at Environmental Solutions Group as the Director of Business Development (M&A), Senior Manager of Business Development (M&A), and Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives. In these positions, they played a key role in driving growth through mergers and acquisitions and leading strategic initiatives. Ben also served as the General Manager of Canadian Operations at Cook Compression and as the Manager of the Corporate Development Group at Dover Corporation. Earlier in their career, they worked at American Forest & Paper Association as a Government Affairs Manager and at Acton Institute in various roles, including Assistant to the President and Advancement Associate. Ben Sikma possesses a strong background in business development and strategic management.

Ben Sikma completed a Master of Business Administration degree in General Management and Finance from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Studies from Hillsdale College from 2002 to 2005.
