Dan Bliss

Dan Bliss is currently the Group Head of F&B and Operations at Haulfryn since September 2023. Prior to this role, Dan held various management positions in the hospitality industry, including Group Commercial Operations Manager at Away Resorts Ltd and Group Head of Food & Drink / Activities & Leisure at Aria Resorts and Gara Rock 5* Hotel. With extensive experience in F&B operations and management, Dan has worked with well-known global brands and led new store openings. Dan's career began with roles at City Centre restaurants and H20 bars before progressing to higher positions in the industry.
