Mike Butti

Mike Butti has a diverse background in both engineering and culinary arts. Currently serving as a Machine Builder at Haumiller Engineering since March 2022, Mike has previously held various positions in the restaurant industry, including Sous Chef at Inovasi Restaurants, LLC from September 2016 to January 2023, and multiple roles at Barrington Hills Country Club from June 2013 to January 2023, including Dinner Line, Banquet, Lunch Line, and Line Cook. Mike's education was completed at Hard Knox.
