Haus Financial Services focuses exclusively on smaller condominium associations (up to 20 units). Our services save time and stress for overworked, self-managing condo boards. Smaller condominium associations typically do not require the full range of services included in a contract with a traditional property management and often the cost of those services is prohibitive. HausFS is devoted to supporting smaller associations at reasonable fees. We do not aim to be everything to every association–we want to be a reliable resource for your small condominium. Our strong focus on financial stability, legal compliance and transparency helps to protect the value of your investment.
