Serge Tychyna has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2007, they worked as a Laboratory Technician at CJSC Insulin Producer INDAR. Serge then joined SOCPC "Max-Well" in 2008 as an Analytical Chemist. From 2010 to 2019, they worked at YUNASKO, where they held multiple positions including Project Process Engineer, Project Manager, and New Business Development Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for business development, project management, and coordinating R&D activities with customers. In 2019, Serge joined PassivDom as the COO, where they were involved in the design, development, and prototyping of fully autonomous manufactured houses. Serge later became the Chief Operating Officer for haus.me, a US headquarters company for Haus. Me Inc. Overall, Serge has demonstrated their expertise in various aspects of business development, project management, and engineering.

Serge Tychyna has a strong educational background in the field of science. From 2012 to 2015, they attended the Institute for Sorption, National Academy of Science of Ukraine, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Chemical Physics, specializing in Supercapacitors. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2011, they pursued their Bachelor's degree at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' in the field of Biotechnology, earning a Master's degree. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in "Having Difficult Conversations" from LinkedIn in October 2018.
