Jessica Nacci

Jessica Nacci is an experienced IT and process manager with a robust background in service management and project leadership. Currently serving as IT-Service- und IT-Prozess-Manager at Hausbank München eG since February 2023, Nacci previously held the position of IT Outsourcing Manager at Fidor Bank AG for a brief period. Over a significant tenure at IDS GmbH—spanning from 2008 to September 2022—Nacci developed expertise in business process management, change and release management, as well as quality management in offshoring contexts. Nacci's early career included leadership as Head of Backoffice at MEIERHOFER AG and support management at TCW Transfercentrum GmbH & Co. KG.
