Don Harrington

Don Harrington has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on private equity and corporate acquisition practices. Don started their career at Aon Consulting in 2001 as a Senior Vice President, where they worked until 2008. Don then moved to Willis Towers Watson, where they held the position of Senior Vice President from 2008 to 2016. From 2016 to 2021, Harrington worked at Lockton Companies as the Global Director of Private Equity and Corporate Acquisition Practice. Following that, they joined MMC, Mercer as a Partner from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Vice President and Senior Account Executive at HAUSER, where they lead a team in delivering insurance-based solutions to clients.

Don Harrington attended Columbia Business School, where they studied M&A/Corporate Transactions until 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a JD degree in law at Northeastern University from 1990 to 1993.
