Chance Oldenburg

Chance Oldenburg is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in managing various phases of construction projects. Currently serving as a Superintendent at JE Dunn Construction since January 2024 and as a Project Superintendent at Hausmann Construction since May 2021, Chance has expertise across healthcare, housing, education, residential, and retail sectors. Prior to these roles, Chance was the General Superintendent at McClone Construction Company from September 2008 to April 2021, overseeing large-scale commercial structural concrete projects. Experience also includes a tenure as Carpenter Foreman at The Weitz Company, where leadership was provided to a team of carpenters during significant construction phases, and as Lead Carpenter at McClone Construction Company, responsible for formwork for structural concrete components.
