Alexander Bauer

Alexander Bauer, CIC, CRM, CISR, serves as a Commercial Client Advisor at Hausmann Group since July 2012, focusing on proactive service, client management, and growth through client retention. Alexander plays a key role in negotiating with underwriters and advising clients on compliance and risk management goals, while also mentoring junior staff. As a Principal since January 2022, responsibilities expanded to include ownership duties. Prior experience includes roles as Commercial Account Manager and Commercial Lines Associate within the same company. In addition, Alexander has been a freelance trombonist since September 2001, performing in various musical genres and active bands. Earlier experience as Bar Manager and Entertainment Director at Pizza Luce included event coordination and staff management. Alexander holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 2007.
