Rachel DeGrand, PCM has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Rachel started their professional journey at SII Investments as a Commissions Support Specialist from April 2006 to March 2008. Following this, they joined The Little Gym of Fitchburg as a Program Director where they worked from July 2008 to February 2010. Rachel then moved to The Fiore Companies, Inc as an Office Support Specialist from February 2010 to June 2015.

From October 2015, they joined the Hausmann Group and held multiple roles within the organization. Initially, they worked as an Administrative Associate from October 2015 to January 2016. Later, they transitioned to the position of Marketing Coordinator where they worked from January 2016 to January 2018.

Rachel's next role at Hausmann Group was as the Manager of Marketing Operations from January 2018 to June 2023. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing all marketing activities for the agency, including brand management, digital strategy, content creation, Hubspot utilization, video marketing, email marketing, sales support, executive support, strategic events, employee engagement, corporate giving & volunteering, and analysis of marketing data as it relates to achieving corporate strategic goals.

From June 2023 to the present, Rachel holds the role of Director of Marketing & Communications at Hausmann Group, utilizing their extensive experience and expertise in marketing and communications to drive the company's growth and success.

Rachel DeGrand attended Grand Valley State University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Education.
