Melissa Schultz, RHU, GBA, has extensive experience in employee benefits and insurance. Currently a Senior Employee Benefits Client Manager at Hausmann Group since October 2006, Melissa oversees the daily servicing of Group Benefits clients and supports the Sales Team. Prior roles include Credit Claims Examiner/Benefit Analyst at Financial American Life Insurance Company, where responsibilities included processing Credit Life and Disability claims, and Administrative Assistant at ABC of Wisconsin, focusing on data entry and administrative support within the Apprenticeship and Training Trust. Earlier experience also includes work as a Business Analyst at North American Insurance Company, where Melissa handled data entry and customer service for Medicare Supplement claims. Melissa's educational background includes graduating from Sun Prairie High School in 1996.
