Matthieu Doutreligne is a data scientist with extensive experience in health data analysis and statistical research, currently working at Haute Autorité de Santé since October 2020, focusing on health data warehouses in France and quality of care measurement. Matthieu has also held a PhD candidacy at Inria, investigating representations and inference from time-varying routine care data. Previous roles include serving as a data scientist at the Ministère des solidarités et de la Santé, where Matthieu developed a national data platform for COVID-19 monitoring, and a research internship at AP-HP, where Matthieu developed a pseudonymisation algorithm for textual data. Matthieu's academic background includes a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from École Polytechnique and further specialized studies in statistics and artificial intelligence from ENSAE Paris and École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay.
