Matt Wahlquist has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matt started their career in 2005 as a Graphic Artist, specializing in print and digital design, personal and professional branding, and illustration. Matt has worked with notable clients such as Dell, Chipotle, Circuit Of The Americas, SMKFLWR, and Lululemon.
In 2017, Matt joined Invodo as a Graphic Designer/Illustrator, where they worked until 2018. Matt then moved on to become the Creative Director at The Flyer Box Club from 2015 to 2017.
Matt also served as an Art Director at TEN: The Enthusiast Network in 2014, where they updated and rebranded print collateral for Motor Trend Auto Shows. Matt had also worked as a Designer at Activision from 2011 to 2014, where they were the Project Lead for various games, including Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Call of Duty Online, and Destiny.
Additionally, Matt has experience as an Illustrator at M2 from 2010 to 2011 and as a Cover Artist at Eat Me, Drink Me Magazine from 2008 to 2009. Matt began their career as a Production Supervisor at Granada America in 2005.
Since 2019, Matt has been working as an Associate Creative Director at Haute Agency.
Matt Wahlquist attended Southern Methodist University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in an unspecified field of study. From 2009 to 2011, they attended Glendale Community College, focusing on Art/Animation but did not obtain a degree. In 1998-1999, they briefly studied Communication and Media Studies at The University of Texas at Austin.
