Ana Carou

Ana Carou is currently the Executive Assistant at hauzd, a position they have held since February 2017. Prior to their current role, Ana worked as the Coordinadora de soluciones integrales at Inmobiliaria Alicia Modenesi from April 2012 to December 2015. In this role, Ana was responsible for managing multiple agendas, coordinating meetings, visits, and events. Ana also oversaw the computerization of the property and the administration of rentals.

From February 2017 to January 2021, Ana worked as the Coordinadora de soluciones integrales at Inmobiliaria Alicia Modenesi, where they were responsible for Solutions integral management. This included reception, customer service, sales, organization of multiple agendas, coordination of meetings, visits and events. Computerization of the park and administration of rentals. Development and monitoring of management boards for costs, payments, tax obligations (IIBB, VAT, Income Tax, BBPP). Accounting closure coordination. Hosting and CRM coordination. Prior to their work in real estate, Ana worked as the Analista Pricing y Control de la Oferta Wholesale at Telecom Argentina from April 2012 to December 2015. In this role, they were responsible for preparing quotes, business plans, profitability analysis for wholesale telecommunications products (IP transit, SDH, lan to lan). Ana was also responsible for analyzing and preparing the Forecast and Budget for the Offer area and Business Intelligence / Wholesale Unit at Telecom Argentina.

Ana Carou has a Licenciatura in Psicología from the University of Buenos Aires, a First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge, and is an English Interpreter from I.E.S. en Lenguas Vivas "Juan Ramón Fernández".
