Goreti Maestri has extensive experience in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as Gerente Desenvolvimento Organizacional at Havan since July 2011 and as Mentora Integrativa Relacional at Mentoria Integrativa Relacional since January 2020. Previously, Goreti held leadership positions within the ABRH-SC, including Presidente do Conselho Deliberativo and Diretora de Conteúdo, showcasing a commitment to the human resources profession. Additionally, Goreti has fulfilled roles as Presidente da ABRH Regional Brusque and has a background in academia as a professor at Grupo UNIASSELVI. Goreti's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Administration from FURB and multiple post-graduate degrees focused on organizational consultancy and human resources management.
