Caroline Smith has extensive experience in the field of analytics and insight. Caroline is currently a Senior Director of Creative Analytics at Havas CX since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Havas from 2016 to 2022, where they held the role of Senior Director of Creative Analytics and Director of Creative Analytics. Before joining Havas, Caroline worked at MEC from 2013 to 2016, where they held various positions including Director of Analytics and Insight. Caroline also has experience as a Manager of Research and Analytics at Spark Foundry from 2012 to 2013. Caroline began their career at Discovery Communications in 2008, initially as a Corporate/TLC Research Analyst and later as a TLC Research Associate. Caroline then worked at MTV Networks as a Senior Analyst of Digital Ad Sales Research from 2010 to 2012. Throughout their career, Caroline has been responsible for data management, project development, competitive analysis, research, and developing data solutions for clients.
Caroline Smith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2003 to 2007. Caroline then pursued a Master of Science degree in Mathematics at the same university from 2007 to 2009. In addition, Caroline obtained two certifications: "Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence" from Coursera in 2014 and "Automata" from Coursera in 2012.
