Damiano Gui

Damiano Gui has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. Damiano is currently serving as the Head of Experience Design at Havas CX since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Teacher at Istituto Europeo di Design from October 2017. Damiano also served as a Senior User Experience Designer at Havas Milan from January 2020 to November 2020. In addition, their previous roles include User Experience Designer at Armando Testa from January 2018 to December 2019, Interaction Designer at Enerbrain from July 2017 to January 2018, and Head of Design at Planet Smart City from July 2017 to December 2017. Damiano also worked as an Interaction Design Team Leader at Carlo Ratti Associati from September 2014 to June 2017 and as an Interaction Designer at Makr Shakr during the same period. Before that, Damiano co-founded Hic Locative Media from October 2013 to December 2014 and worked as a Mobile Designer at Lago Film Fest - Piattaforma Lago in May 2012.

Damiano Gui has a Bachelor's degree in Modern Literature from Università degli Studi di Padova, which they earned from 2006 to 2009. Damiano then pursued a Master's degree in Visual and Multimedia Communication Design at Università Iuav di Venezia from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they worked as a visiting researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in Urban Studies, Architecture, and Planning. Additionally, Damiano has obtained certifications, including attending the Mind the Bridge Startup School and completing the online learning experience "From Ideas to Action" from IDEO U.
