Jennifer Maroney has an extensive work history in the field of customer experience and user experience. Jennifer is currently serving as the EVP, Customer Experience Strategist at Havas Health Plus since November 2022. Before that, they worked at FCB Health for nearly a decade, starting as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Customer Experience and Engagement in April 2019. Jennifer later held the role of Vice President (VP) and Director of User Experience from December 2013 to April 2019. Prior to FCB Health, Jennifer Maroney worked as the Director of User Experience at FCB Global from September 2012 to December 2013, and as a Senior UX Architect at Neon - An FCB Health Network Company from January 2012 to September 2012. Jennifer also founded their own company, Jen Maroney Digital, in July 2010. In addition to these positions, Jennifer Maroney gained experience as an Associate Director of Project Management at Digitas from December 2009 to June 2010, and as a Senior Interactive Producer (Consultant) at Colangelo Synergy Marketing from May 2008 to March 2009. Jennifer began their career as a Senior Producer at dotglu / KBP in January 2007.

Jennifer Maroney has a diverse education history. In 1988, they attended North Plainfield, although no degree or field of study was mentioned. From 1991 to 1995, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in English with a certificate in Film Studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
