Barbara Graetzer has a diverse work experience in the creative field. Barbara is currently working as an Artist | Illustrator at Barbtropolis.com since August 2022. Barbara has also worked as a Group Art Supervisor at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness from April 2016 to September 2017 and at McCann Health from May 2015 to April 2016. Barbara gained experience as a Creative - Freelance at Grey | Havas Lynx | Digitas from April 2014 to May 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Art Director at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide from May 2012 to April 2014, as an Art Director at Saatchi & Saatchi from January 2011 to April 2012, and as an Art Director - Freelance at MRM//McCann from June 2010 to December 2010.

Barbara Graetzer earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts with Honors in Visual Communications, with a minor in Interactive Media Design, from The Art Institutes between 2002 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Illustration at the Fashion Institute of Technology, which they completed from 2009 to 2011.
