Romain Roux has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Romain is currently serving as the Head of Creative Planning at Havas Paris since September 2019. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and Head of Strategy at Romance, Omnicom Group, where they played a key role in building a successful integrated creative agency employing 55 people.
During their tenure at Romance, Romain's responsibilities included leading brand strategy for clients such as Intermarché, Audi, Pokerstars, Aviva, Atol, and Betclic, among others. Romain also worked with renowned brands like Coca-Cola, Uber Eats, Zalando, P&G, Belin, Hollywood, Milka, and Mikado.
Before joining Romance, Romain worked as a Senior Strategic Planner at both DDB Paris (2012-2015) and J. Walter Thompson Worldwide (2010-2012). Additionally, they were a Strategic & Content Planner at MRM // McCANN Paris (2009) and a Project Manager at i-Roe (2000).
Romain's professional journey started at Cartier Miami (1998-2000), where they served as a Product Manager responsible for Accessories' Product Lines in multiple markets. Romain also founded and served as the General Manager of Titanium Entertainment (2005-2008) before joining TBWA\\Paris as a Strategic Planner (2000-2005).
Throughout their career, Romain has showcased their expertise in brand strategy, creative planning, content development, and market clusters definition. Romain has worked with various global brands across different industries, nurtured successful teams, and contributed to the overall growth and success of the companies they have been associated with.
Romain Roux completed a Formation Professionnelle in Photographie at GOBELINS Paris in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in General Management & Strategy from ESCP Business School from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing & Strategy at Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1996 to 1997.
