Javier del Castillo Gonzalez

Javier Del Castillo Gonzalez is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and controlling across various roles in prominent organizations. Currently serving as Finance Manager for LATAM at Havas since January 2024, Javier previously held the position of Senior Regional Controller for LATAM at Havas, where responsibilities included overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities across Creative and Media divisions. Prior to this, Javier spent over eight years at Indra Group and Soluziona, progressing from Junior Project Controller to Financial Controller and Head of Accounting, leading teams and managing financial statements, budgeting, and closings. Javier holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Autónoma University of Madrid and a Postgraduate degree in Controlling from EAE Business School.
