Pavithra Devi Parimi is the Global Adoption Executive at Havas, currently focused on change management and enhancing cross-departmental collaboration. In 2023, Pavithra served as a Management Trainee at Maiya Hospital, where they developed training programs and assessed staff competency. Previously, they worked as a Product and Client Relationship Manager at Prodoc, managing client relationships and driving product optimization. Pavithra holds a PGDM in hospital and health care management from IIHMR-B and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from GITAM Deemed University.
