Billy Cobb

Billy Cobb currently serves as the Market Director of IT for Havasu Regional Medical Center and Valley View Medical Center, overseeing IT leadership since May 2024. Prior to this role, Billy held the position of Director of Service Excellence at the North Carolina Department of Information Technology from March 2023 to May 2024 and was the Director of IT Operations at Midland Memorial Hospital for nearly six years. With a strong background in technology leadership, Billy has led initiatives to improve network metrics and streamline IT operations while managing personnel across multiple departments. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Parkview Health and CTN Data Service, as well as service in the US Army where communications maintenance was a key responsibility. Billy holds a Bachelor's degree equivalent in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from the Army Continuing Education Service and an Associate of Arts degree from Florida State University.
