Shannon Dietz

Shannon Dietz has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Shannon currently holds the position of Associate Vice President of Quality and Patient Safety at Baptist Medical Center South, starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director of Quality, Risk & Accreditation at Havasu Regional Medical Center, starting in August 2020. Shannon also served as the Director of Clinical Operations and Compliance at Midcoast Senior Health Center, starting in June 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked at Stephens Memorial Hospital as a Project Manager, Quality and Safety from December 2011 to July 2017, and as an RN/Lactation Consultant in the Labor and Delivery department from December 2008 to December 2011.
