Have Better Conversations is for people who want to learn how to communicate confidently and effectively to get what they want in their personal and professional life -- whether it’s a closed deal, new job or improved relationship.

Founder Louis Melendez, an experienced sales leader and an improv and live comedy performer, has coached hundreds of people, including executives and TED Talk speakers. Before he became a communication coach, Louis negotiated $5M+ in sales at Yelp and raised more than $4M+ for charity, working closely with celebrities and high-net worth individuals, at CharityBuzz. He taps into all of his experience to teach his clients how to engage in conversations that have transformative results.

For corporate clients, Have Better Conversations offers fully customizable group training sessions using second screen interactivity that demonstrate immediately implementable practices that close more sales, retain more clients and improve business outcomes. In addition, Louis provides one-on-one sessions for managers, directors and executives that focus on personal development items and address day-to-day challenges as they arise. Past clients include Yelp, Salesforce, ClassPass and Ethena.
