Lucy Adams

Lucy Adams has extensive experience in tenant engagement and social support services. Currently serving as a Tenant Engagement Officer and Chair of The Operations Board at Havebury Housing Partnership since September 2010, Lucy focuses on community involvement and services. Previously, Lucy held the role of Cluster Manager at Ormiston Families from September 2003 to December 2021, overseeing multiple prisons and managing programs such as Breaking Barriers Suffolk & Norfolk, which supports children affected by parental imprisonment. Lucy also managed family support initiatives at Newmarket College and a children's wellbeing service in collaboration with Suffolk Fire Service. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) HONS in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from the University of East Anglia.
