Michael Murphy

Michael Murphy has extensive experience in customer service and community leadership. Currently serving as a Scheduler (Repairs) at Havebury Housing Partnership since December 2021, Michael previously held roles as a Customer Service Team Member and Customer Service Advisor at gas-elec Group between August 2020 and December 2021. Michael's background also includes public service as Vice Chairman and Councillor for Bacton Parish Council from May 2019 to September 2021. Additionally, Michael worked at Elevate Credit International Limited from June 2016 to August 2020, where responsibilities included serving as a Financial Ombudsman Case Handler and Customer Complaints Handler.
