Stephanie Lay possesses extensive experience in customer relations and property management, currently serving as a Tenancy & Estates Visiting Officer and previously as a Customer Liaison Co-ordinator at Havebury Housing Partnership since December 2016. Prior to this role, Stephanie held multiple positions at Greene King from June 2009 to December 2016, including National Account Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, and Customer Sales Representative. Stephanie began their career at New Look as a Sales Assistant from May 2007 to September 2010. Academic credentials include completion of studies at Thurston Community College, both in the 6th Form from 2007 to 2009 and prior from 2004 to 2007.
