Tom Fennell has extensive experience in the housing and construction sectors, currently serving as the Head of Repairs at Havebury Housing Partnership since March 2022, following a role as Responsive Repairs Manager. Previous positions include Surveyor at The Salvation Army from April 2020 to March 2022, and Operations Manager at Mears Group PLC from November 2013 to April 2020. Earlier in Tom's career, roles included Buyer at Strata Tiles and various positions in procurement and distribution at Travis Perkins from January 2006 to February 2012. Academic background includes education at Northfleet Technology College from 2002 to 2006, and further studies at North West Kent College.
