Kritika Saxena

KRITIKA SAXENA currently serves as the Lead of Organizational Development at Havells India Ltd since September 2023. Prior to this role, KRITIKA worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Hero FinCorp from May 2021 to September 2023. KRITIKA has extensive experience in human resources, having held positions at GMR Group - Delhi International Airport Limited, including Associate Manager roles in Employee Relations and Learning & Development from April 2017 to May 2021. Earlier, KRITIKA interned in Human Resources at Larsen & Toubro in 2016 and started a career as a Senior System Engineer at Infosys, focusing on retail sales projects in SAP technologies from August 2011 to April 2015. KRITIKA holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) and a BTech in Information Technology from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology.
