Rajeev Dua is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as General Manager - Quality at Havells India Ltd since April 2023, with prior experience as Deputy General Manager - Quality at Fiat India Automobile Private Limited, overseeing quality assurance in various plant operations. With a career spanning over two decades, Rajeev has held positions in multiple automotive organizations, including FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, General Motors India Ltd, Mahindra & Mahindra, Oman Trading Establishment, and Arabian Automobiles Co. LLC. Rajeev has extensive expertise in quality assurance, field quality, customer service, vehicle validation, and pre-launch planning. Rajeev holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and several management certifications, including a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Six Sigma Black Belt.
