Vijay Kumar has extensive experience in tool room and moulding operations, holding prominent positions across various companies since 1983. Currently serving as Technical Head at Sandhar Automotive since November 2020 and as Senior Manager at Havells India Ltd since May 2017, Vijay has developed expertise in application development, mould base development, and maintenance of moulds and tools. Previous roles include Manager at YUDO Hot Runner India Pvt Ltd, Manager Tool Room and Moulding at Galactic Electric (P) Ltd, and G M Tool Room & Moulding at Minda Stoneridge Instrument Ltd. Additionally, Vijay has significant experience from earlier positions at Minda Industries Limited, Bentex Electrical Engineering Pvt Ltd, and Akai International Pvt Ltd, and holds a Diploma in Tool & Die Making from N T T F and further studies from the University of Calicut.
