Jamie Winter has over 25 years of senior management experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Head of Food & Beverage at Burnham on Sea. Previously, Jamie held roles including General Manager at KFC UK & Ireland from 2020 to 2022 and Site Operations Manager at Roadchef from 2013 to 2020. Jamie was also a Department Manager at Moto Services Exeter from 1997 to 2009 and worked as Catering Manager at RoadChef Motorway Ltd from 2009 to 2013.
