Kate Chadwick

Kate Chadwick is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Central Costs Finance at Haven. They have developed a robust skill set in business partnering, financial analysis and reporting, team management, and strategic decision-making. Previously, Kate held key roles at esteemed organizations such as RBS, where they acted as Deputy Head of Finance and led various financial initiatives. They also gained valuable experience at Lloyds Banking Group and Williams Lea, contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes across different sectors. Kate earned a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leicester.
