Lisa Burger

Lisa Burger is the Operations Director at Haven, where they lead the transformation and global expansion of one of London's most iconic business brands. They previously held pivotal roles at easyJet, including Head of Customer and Head of Ground Operations, and served as Regional Director of Operations at Starbucks. Lisa has also worked as COO at Addison Lee Group and was Managing Partner at Roburg Partnerships Ltd, a customer experience transformation consultancy. They completed an executive management program and earned a Diploma in General Management from Ashridge Executive Education, which further developed their business acumen.
