Mila Sythes

Mila Sythes currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Haven since July 2023. Prior to this role, Mila held the position of Finance Director at Primark from January 2020 to June 2023, and served as Group Planning and Reporting Director at Tesco from August 2016 to December 2019. Mila's earlier experience includes positions as VP Financial Control EMEA and VP Technical Accounting at Pearson from September 2008 to June 2016, as well as Group Financial Reporting Manager at Carter Holt Harvey from September 2006 to April 2008. Mila graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Cambridge in January 1997.
