Casey Curtis is an experienced Physical Therapist currently providing home-based physical therapy at Haven Home Health Care since November 2019. Concurrently, Casey has been serving as a PNF resident at Kaiser Permanente since January 2019, working closely with a rehabilitation team to assist patients with neurological deficits in regaining independence and mobility. Education includes a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Southwest Baptist University, obtained in 2019, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Brigham Young University, completed in 2014. Earlier experience includes working as a Health Care Technician at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers from April 2013 to June 2016 and as a Truck Driver for Scholastic Book Fairs from September 2014 to May 2016.
