Charles Scanlon has a robust background in operations and customer success, focusing on event management and sales development. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations and Customer Success at Haven Lifestyles since October 2020, Charles previously held the role of Operations Manager at the Hartford Marathon Foundation from July 2015 to April 2020, where responsibilities included managing logistics, financial reporting, and volunteer coordination for over 30 annual events.
