Alia Bacchus is an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in managing residential properties and overseeing financial operations. Currently serving at Haven Residential since February 2021, Alia has previously worked for ResProp Management and Winston Towers 600, where responsibilities included assisting unit owners, managing finances, and preparing annual budgets. Prior experience at RVJ INC. involved liaising between tenants and property owners, maintaining financial records, and ensuring property maintenance and security. Alia's career began as a Lease Administrator at WellLife Network, focusing on lease management and financial oversight. Alia holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Adelphi University.
